I have a bathroom emergency!! It feels like there is something growing inside my tummy trying to get out. It hurts sooo badly I grimaces and groan while pushing, shaking, squeezing my fat belly. Straining to fully empty myself I make sure to push out every last squirt, fart, and plop I can manage. Flexing my core tightly and bearing down.
