Miss SinClair has a huge problem - her back tooth is simply causing her excruciating pain. She consults Dr Sophie Ladder for an appointment to investigate. Sadly for Miss SinClair, however, Dr Ladder is a dentist...just not in the conventional sense! SinClair has unwittingly entered a clinic for creating female subs, and she's Dr. Ladder's newest candidate!
