I couldn't wait to show off this brand new breast pump. I'm still pregnant but my nipples are bigger than ever and I want to see how this thing works. It has so many settings. I'm not really sure which one is best so I put my dark pregnant nipples inside the flanges and start to pump. You can see my nipples being pulled long and hard. Of course each pull of my nipple brings my mind closer and closer to the gutter.
