I'm seated comfortable. I tell you I had recently came back from holiday and show you my full belly. I've gained a bit of weight. Why would I be exercising on holiday? I haven't washed my belly button for a while and I try to open it up as widely as I can while talking how dirty it is and how it kind of smells.
