I decided to give exercising a go after many many years of barely any activity. And what a challenge it was! Trying to do most things was nearly impossible because of how heavy my body has become and how huge my belly is now! In one instance, my entire body just smushed into the ground when my poor arms couldnt hold my weight for a push up. I barely move around but am sweating up a storm and am out of breath. This is one of those videos where I realize just how FAT I have become & its a thrill thats for sure!
