I pose my arms in different ways, twisting and turning my wrists so you can see my biceps rise up and down. I show close ups of my biceps popping one at a time, and then I show both of my flexed arms together. Plus....when I flex my arms, my boobs bounce a bit too! Because of the close ups, this video is also good for armpit lovers! ;)
