When I see who walks in to serve detention though, my confidence goes out the window and I get nervous. It's the high school's most notoriously rotten student. He plays pranks, pull tricks on all of the staff. He's so horrible that he even drives some teachers right out of their profession! Just my luck, right!? I start to have an anxiety attack right away and this student offers some advice, telling me to breathe deeply, slowly, and count backwards from ten. I am really panicked and decide to give it a try. Sure enough! It calmed me down, relaxed me, and transformed me!
