I pull out his tongue as I smoke, filling him with my spit and ash, blowing thick clouds of smoke down his throat, gagging him. When I'm finished, I crush out my cigarette on his tongue, smothering him with my leather opera gloves over his mouth, him to swallow every bit of it.
