When my human ashtray is reluctant in his training, I simply his jaws apart with a metal dental spreader, wrap him in a strait jacket, and smoke away!
With him unable to resist, I gag him with my smoke and ash, filling his mouth with my spit. When I finish smoking, he's made to lick the residual ash off of my latex catsuit because a good ashtray puts none to waste.
