Jack is in the gym, just finishing up and doing some stretching while Megan comes in all worked up and she wants to fight him. A little wrestling match. But he's finished, done, tired and almost on his way home. But Megan wants her fight and she just makes it happen. She grabs Jack by the head and puts him into a tight scissorhold and chokes him.
