Charlie is at late night at this club, drinking and talking to girls there for hours and hours. He's totally under the picture but he does not even realize it. People start to leave the place and all of the sudden he's alone there, at least in this on room anyway, and he has no one to talk to. When a waitress ask him if he wants something more to drink he starts to hit on her and starts to compliment on her shoes and feet.
