Sometimes when I'm studying I get so frustrated I almost want to leave. One of the things that helps me relax is a quick smoke. Yes I know step-dad gets mad when I do it in the house, thats why I study naked..... He won't stay mad long. Anyway after a few drags on my cigarette I start to relax and even get some more stuff accomplished. The more relaxed I become the easier it is for me to focus too, until something else gets on y nerves.
