I've been so constipated. The first half of this clip is showing that. I strain and strain, looking miserable as I get nothing but pee and farts to come out. The second half, which takes place almost as soon as I get out of bed, is after having some fiber before I went to rest. You can see me strain a bit, but then I finally get some relief. I can't describe the pleasure in having my bowels not be full anymore!
