I hate it when I have a hard time getting my bowels empty. I love to read on the toilet, it helps me relax. This clip is filmed at a side angle, and I'm relaxing and reading a book while trying to go to the bathroom. I'm sooo constipated- I think I ate too much junk food lately! I push and push, in obvious discomfort, and finally squeeze one out. It's a bit disappointing, and I don't really feel a whole lot better. But it's better than nothing!
