I have been fighting a nasty head cold for over a week now, and am pretty sure I have another sinus infection. I blow my nose hard into a soft black cotton shirt and am shocked at the amount of chunky green mucus that explodes out of my nose. I show you the huge globs of snot, blowing my nose so hard it makes honking noises. Using my neti I irrigate my sinuses, letting the dirty water flow out of my nose and into a glass bowl so you can see. After cleansing both sides I blow into the shirt a few more times before using a q-tip to myself to sneeze and get the last chunks of phlegm out.
