I had a terrible amalgam filling in my #30 molar that cracked and went into my gums, and I had to get it fixed! I had to have a root canal under twilight relaxation, so I'm still quite medicated & loopy. I pull out the cotton rounds that were packed around the area carefully, wincing because my jaw is so swollen and tender. I have a new composite filling that I show you, my jaw aching as I stretch it wider.
