I have terrible allergies year round, but spring and summer are the worst. I feel so congested, and my sinuses are feeling yucky. I use a Q tip to out a bunch of hard productive sneezes, snot dripping down my face. I still feel stuffed up so I grab my neti and use it for nasal irrigation, the water flowing in one nostril, thru my sinuses, and out into the clear glass bowl catching the spill. I sniff and exhale hard, making a snotty mess on my face and tits, and also into the bowl.
