I have a huge artisan sandwich from a fancy shop nearby, and it is so thick! Filled with turkey on a chewy ciabatta bread crust I dig in, stuffing my face as fast as I can. I drink a bottle of coke and fizzy water, my tummy straining in my already too-tight skirt. My bloated belly bursts loose as I let out a few burps, completely full and satisfied. My belly gets so bloated and huge!
