Daisy has had it! Her neighbor is constantly doing home improvement projects, running loud saws and leafblowers round the clock. They complained once about her balloon noises, so bratty Daisy decides to take revenge. Using her pink loon pump, she explodes loon after loon, her bad mood disappearing as she keep popping. The balloons get huge with long necks and the remnants are literal shreds that go everywhere, startling her every time and making Daisy shriek and giggle.
