dakota is hanging out with her older step-sister casey who is so stuck up and acts older than she is ..dakota wants to watch the diney channel,,and dakota wants watch fun stuff..they fight over the remote and all of the sudden dakota presses the mute button and casey can't talk..next she starts reverting to a baby..and dakota puts a diaper on her and it devolves from there to casey going to the bathroom in her diaper!
