Dakota and Cherry have a driver because they are just that fabulous! He picked them up from a bar prematurely because they were so rowdy and out of control and now he's playing Step-Daddy and telling them to go to bed! The girls push him away and complain that they wanted to go to another bar, etc. Cherry tells him to take off his shirt because they want to see his muscles.
