Dakota has to stay after school to come up with a project idea. She goes looking through her book bag and finds nothing but randomness but then she finds a balloon! Dakota thinks she can use it for a project. she blows up the balloon and ties it off! as she rubs the balloon she decides to rub it on her head omg it works! static electricity! from rubbing the balloon on her head to much it pops! She just popped her project on her head. Now Dakota has to find another balloon.
