Cute little Dakota Charms is practicing some of her ballet moves (all dressed up in her ballerina outfit), when suddenly she feels ghostly, tickling hands all over her! It's a shock to the system for sure, but she can do little about it while she's getting her lithe, petite body tickled to tears all over! They tickle her tummy/belly, her little feet, and just about everywhere...oh no! She tries to get away but she can't, to take the ghostly tickling torment for as long as it lasts!
