Competing schoolgirls Dakota Charms and Little Mina have a race to see who can pop their balloon faster! In their tall socks and teensy weensy school girl skirts, the girls have these ENORMOUS balloons that they need to pop. Dakota sits on hers and it deflates right away, but the air just slowly dribbles out of it, so Little Mina is quick to realize that it doesn't count as a true "pop." While both girls play around with her large white one, Dakota finally gets it to pop, too, so she is teased about being too fat. But poor Little Dakota, you're beautiful just as you are!
