Dixie is doing her nails untill chad decides shes had enough. he uses some red tape that matched her heels and then an evil idea hit him to tape her heels to her feet. so with dixie no longer able to gain any releif by kicking off her heels she is to sturggle away to seek help and maybe get them off of her.
