Leila Hazlett is working with her professor to find a rare plant. She gets trapped in quicksand, sinking to her waist, and manages to escape. Then vines attack her, pull off her outer clothes and drag her back into the quicksand, where she sinks to her doom. Contains submersion as well as a brief after-the-sink segment showing Leila rising from the mire.
