Professional wrestler Sarah Michelle drops in on her friend, Deanna, to teach her how to wrestle. Sarah teaches Deanna some head holds, drops, and escapes. Deanna practices these new moves on Sarah. About 8 minutes into the video, Sarah makes the suggestion that they take off their tops and continue wrestling that way - Deanna agrees. The two then practice more wrestling moves topless, including a scissor leg hold. As the video ends, Sarah suggests the two of them do some "new moves" in bed - Deanna agrees and they head off.
