This girl has the wrong idea entirely. As her new stepmother I’m trying to connect with Zis, asking about her friends and her day, when she begins cursing wildly. Interrupting her quickly, I explain to my new stepdaughter that I won’t tolerate that kind of language, even from an adult, in my home.
