After swallowing down the the first patient who stood in my way of seeing the dentist, and then gulping down the dentist whole at the end of part 1, It's time to figure out what to do next.

Part 2 begins with my already growing swelling belly stuffed full from my 2 meals in "part 1", and now, Well, you're just going to have to Come experience that for yourself! From the POV of each of my victims, you will see how I manage to do away with the rest of the waiting room, including the secretary. 4 meals in total during part 2 stuffed in my lumpy bursting belly, one at a time. My stomach becomes stretched to the max with its contents squirming and pressing against my insides.
