After spending several minutes suffering from bronchitis coughs, Pear uses her nebulizer machine to inhale albuterol sulfate directly into her lungs. It's kind of a boring process so eventually she just gets her tits out and mindlessly plays with them. Throughout the process, she still needs to cough a little bit. She also uses a device called a Pocket Peak to test her lung capacity. Spoiler: it's bad.
