After eating some weird tasting fruit she gets a stomachache and decides to lie down. She rubs her stomach but it doesn't calm down. She unbuttons her shirt and fingers the belly button...There is something in there, moving. The belly bulges, pushes, more and more violently while she breathes heavily.
