In a bustling city where tiny inhabitants once again find themselves face-to-face with their greatest terror, Dastardly Dick the Giant has returned, hell-bent on satisfying his insatiable hunger by consuming the city's tiniest residents, leaving nothing but a trail of fear and destruction in his wake.

Dastardly Dick, the giant with an insatiable appetite for tiny city dwellers, returns to cause chaos and panic in the busy streets. The tiny people flee in terror as the giant's huge hand reaches out to snatch them up for a satisfying meal. One by one, he starts grabbing the unlucky tinies, capturing them as they are faced with the grim reality of being swallowed whole, doomed to be digested in his stomach acid, after which they slide down his large intestine, colon and eventually exit his body through his stinky butthole. Meanwhile, the remaining tinies try to escape by running away but are crushed and smooshed by the giant's big stinky butt. They are left suffering under the weight of his extremely smelly asshole, surrounded by his other terrified victims.
