Toby has been put into puppy gear and locked in mitts since she wanted to make sure he could not remove any of the gear she put him in. Meiko explains to him from this day forward he will bark like a pup and act like one. She makes him do tricks and drink out of a bowl. He gets walked on a leash by her and made to stare at her ass, something he will never get again.
