Tied spread-eagled to a table, the helpless and now fully naked blonde is taunted by the Bitches before they activate the giant bisection device. The saw spins to life and begins to advance towards the terrified girl. She can only watch in horror as the spinning wheel advances.
From here, we fast-forward to two story lines that will soon connect. In the first, the blonde's identical twin step-sister (also Galas) arrives in town to look for her twin step-sister and she unknowingly reveals her presence to the Bitches.
Meanwhile, a young, beautiful girl (Luna) living on the street meets up with the other Bitch (Cat Romero) who offers her a hot meal and a place to crash. But the girl finds only horror and pain when she arrives. She finds herself strapped naked to a table and subjected to unrelenting sexual with a car battery cable.
