Another film in the Delco Women's Correctional Facility series with Maddy Marks playing the head prison guard. Inmates Sage, Bella, Alice, Brittany, Red, Ariel and Tani learn how corporal punishment is used at this prison. They are striped of their street clothes and issued prison uniforms. Then each are hand spanked and hairbrushed over Maddy's lap. Then Bella and Alice are paddled by Maddy for being the mouthy ones. The warden then uses the strap on the remainder of the ladies to drive the point home.
