Another film in the Delco Women's Correctional Facility series with Maddy Marks playing the head prison guard. Inmates Sage, Bella, Alice, Brittany, Red, Ariel and Tani learn how corporal punishment is used at this prison. They are striped of their street clothes and issued prison uniforms. The corporal punishment continues with Maddy paddling the two mouthy girls and then the Warden (Mr Rob) uses a belt on the remaining 5 girls.
