Alice is in charge of Luci Lovett (her younger step-sister) while step-mom and day are out on date night. Luci keeps getting out of bed so Alice spanks her otk by hand and then later with a hairbrush. Luci doesn't quite get the point until Alice makes her get step-dad's belt and it is thoroughly applied to Luci's bare bottom.
