The entire time making comments in a sarcastic tone such as "I hope I won't sneeze" and mentioning how your ex will regret it. After the house/apartment is destroyed cut to the police arresting you. You feel a sneeze coming and beg them to release you so you can cover it but they don't. You let loose knocking them out. Finally your ex shows up. They have no idea about your sneezes. They yell at you and you tell them to watch their tone as your nose still tickles. They don't listen and you give them a five second countdown between desperate hitches before releasing a massive sneeze on them. Like last time fake sneezes are more than fine (actually preferred)."
