She removes the covers, only to realize her belly has swollen incredibly! Shocked and appalled, she tries her best to get up and see what her belly looks like in her mirror, but she's finding it incredibly hard to get up - the weight of her big belly keeping her stuck to the bed. Realizing she might need some help, she tries to reach for her cellphone, but it's just out of her reach.

Then - to her absolute horror - she starts to get contractions.

Her eyes widen as she realizes her dream was real and she was... pregnant?!
