I filmed this clip a while back when I was going through a very dark episode of my life, I was up the entire night crying and woke up with extremely heavy lids. My eyes were puffy and swollen and I whipped out my phone's camera and started recording my big brown eyes. I stretch them, squeeze them, I try to open them as wide as possible, I even pull my eyes back now and again so you see the whites of my eyes.

Eventually I grab two cold spoons and press them to my lids. I'd read somewhere that it takes some of the puffiness away. I push gently and then eventually I squeeze my lids do...
