However, you have one final test before you’re going to hire them; the checking and changing of the diaper of a human spawn. I am the sole human spawn in your palace, regressed from a man who offered you his eternal service in exchange for his friends in the world of the living being able to survive a horrible plague. You regressed me as a reward for over three centuries of dedicated service, and have kept me as your personal spawn ever since. You introduce the Nannie’s to me and explain that human spawn are far more sensitive than the likes of anything in the underworld, and require a special kind of delicate touch. If they can change a human spawn, then they’re qualified to take care of any spawn in the palace. Knowing that i have a full diaper waiting for you, you demonstrate to the Nannie’s how to check my diaper without incident, with your preferred methods being to lay me across your lap or bend my over the most convenient surface like my little table or the ottoman of the rocking chair before sniffing and pulling back my diaper to look inside. Afterwards you take me to the changing table and demonstrate how you change my diaper. You use your magic to ensure that I have an equally stinky diaper for both of the Nannie’s to practice checking and changing. Both do the task admirably, and are hired on the spot. You send them off to move in to their new living chambers, then you put me down for a snooze, promising me a nice bath together and a nice supper when I wake up. Thank you for your time."
