Starlyte Ryder had just dropped off the for soccer practice and had returned home for a cup of coffee when she heard a knock at the door. The man said he was from the cable company, but when he produced a roll of duct tape, she knew this was no service call. Soon securely taped, she could only writhe in agony as he ransacked the house of her possessions. She eventually freed herself from her bonds, but she learned that day not to open the door to just anybody.
