Nurse Roxy decides to examine some different holes than she normal does during this appointment with her patient. She starts off examining his nostrils, stretching them wide, sliding an otoscope deep inside before deciding he needs some special medicine. Special fluid is injected into his nasal cavities followed by Nurse Roxy taking his own semen and injecting it inside both nostrils! A final cleansing and perhaps he is done...
