After examining his nose Nurse Roxy decides to inspect her patient's mouth and teeth. Since he loves stuffing his mouth so much nurse Roxy braces it open and injects chocolate sauce, with his teeth and mouth filthy it seemed appropriate to brush them. Instead of toothpaste though she decides to dip the toothbrush in a vial of her patient's own semen. The milky fluid drips long strings as she brushes it over his teeth and tongue making him swallow.
