Since their patient clearly eats too much the nurses decide to punish him with food. Starting off with some traditional beating instruments such as a paddle and slapper the nurses then use a giant three foot long gummy worm to beat their patient's massive fleshy ass. The visual is wonderful as the heavy gummy worm slams into the patient's ass repeatedly each blow causing his flesh to ripple.
