Tony is in trouble again and this time he is really being belligerent. Officer Kim Marvel does her best to handle the situation tactfully but after Tony insults her several times and continues to resist she uses her powerful legs to subdue him. When her knee hits his balls Tony falls to the ground but it doesn't end there, Officer Marvel has to frisk him and discovers he is ticklish. What will happen when she gets him down town?
