For the past 8 months I have been working overtime to really put some size on my quads, hams and glutes. I lifted heavy, squatted deep, and ate BIG TO GET BIG. Mission accomplished.. I guess I aced that with flying colors, because my massive quads, hams and glutes no longer fit into my favorite denim jeans.
