this clip was ranked in the top 50 for it's week Bicep training is my favorite body part to train. as you can probably tell it is one of my best body parts also.. I train them heavy and hard.. watch as I warm up curling 30 lbs, then go on to 40 lbs and 50 lbs and do some flexing, posing, and isolation curls that really show off the contraction and peak...filmed July 19, 2010
