The DFP Academy is taking on a new project: Delinquents and wards of the state. Now that their first student in the program has been welcomed, and issued her uniform (see Part 1), everything will hopefully go smoothly. Unfortunately that’s not what happens at all! The Residence Hall Director discovers that Bailey has been smoking in her room, a serious breach of Academy policy! Now it’s up to Assistant Principal McFarland to make sure that justice is properly administered on their black sheep student!
