It’s been an amazing weekend for Alora! First came the surprise of a ticket to a comic book convention, then she got permission to leave campus (which almost never happens), and then she was given a pass to the Con Suite where she had the place to herself and used the time for some grown-up fun...and now she’s won an award! As she stands on the stage in front of everyone, she’s ecstatic, but she’s hearing laughter along with the applause.
